Piotr has almost twenty years of experience in auditing of financial statements of domestic and international companies and groups, which reported according to international or Polish accounting standards, as well as in the scope of mergers and transformations of enterprises. He was a leader in advisory projects provided to big international groups and Polish companies and was involved in due diligence, valuation, internal audit and many other engagements.

He gained his professional experience in the Audit Department of KPMG in Poland and Germany. Since 2009 Piotr has been the President of the Management Board of VGD Audyt in Warsaw.

He has been a Certified Auditor at the National Chamber of Certified Auditors in Poland since 2003. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Warsaw University.
He speaks Polish, English and German

During his career Maciej was involved as a Key Auditor in audits and reviews of separate and consolidated financial statements of Polish and international companies and groups. He was also involved in projects in the scope of internal audit, valuation and accounting advisory as well as due diligence. He gained his professional experience in the Audit Department of KPMG in Poland and in VGD.

He is a Certified Auditor at the National Chamber of Certified Auditors in Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Warsaw School of Economics.

He speaks Polish and English.

She gained her professional experience in the Audit Department of KPMG in Poland and Germany, where she worked as a Senior Manager. She was responsible for auditing financial statements of companies with Polish and foreign capital from many industries and sectors, reporting in compliance with Polish, international and local accounting standards. She has cooperated with VGD since 2012.

Patrycja has qualifications of Certified Auditor in Poland (at the National Chamber of Chartered Auditors) and in the UK (ACCA Practising Certificate), as well as qualifications of CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).

She graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics of the European University "Viadrina" in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany and the University of Economics in Poznań.

She speaks Polish, English and German.

What is more, our team consists also of young and dynamic people, both certified auditors, as well as applicants and auditor candidates. Everyone has adequate experience and qualifications to run projects on their behalf or to cooperate with teammates, what they have learnt at VGD Audyt and big consulting companies, as well as in finance departments of big firms. All team members have high professional integrity and put a huge effort into their duties.
